Coke Studio Inspires Indiverve

Coke Studio is a very popular music program in Asia and is a brand product of Coca-Cola. It is a television series featuring live music performances focusing on a fusion of the diverse musical influences in Pakistan and India, including eastern classical, folk, and contemporary popular music. The show basically provides a platform for both well-known as well as upcoming and less mainstream artists, from various genres and regions, to collaborate musically in live studio recording sessions. Coke Studio is adapted from the Brazilian version “Estudio Coca-Cola.” Thanks to YouTube, Coke Studio Pakistan and India are reaching people all around the world and this is a great thing. Many of the songs have more than a million views!

How often have you travelled to a foreign place and heard music so beautiful and unique and even though you could not understand the language, you immediately felt connected to it? You could relate to it and the melody carried you away? That’s Coke Studio. I don’t understand a word, but I love listening to it. How to Wear a Bib Necklace

We’re loving the bold necklace trend seen lately on celebrities and in street fashion. Bib necklaces are a type of jewelry considered to be a statement piece so its best to keep the rest of your outfit low-key and wear the necklace as your sole accessory. You don’t want to get too crazy and have too much going on at the same time. Also keep in mind, this season, the bigger the necklace the better!

Bib necklaces can be tricky to wear so here are a couple of points to consider:

1. Keep the neckline of your top either slightly higher than where the necklace falls, for example boat or crew neck, to act as a back drop.  Or wear a top cut low enough so that the necklace does not interfere with your neckline, for example a deep V or strapless.

2. Wear your clothing in one solid colour which means no patterns or ruffles! Keep the clothing simple when the accessories are complicated and act to make a statement.
